Onboarding to Google RCS via Google has paused due to changes in Google’s business model. LivePerson is working with different aggregators, to sort out the onboarding details. We will share with our brands when more RCS details are available, so you can onboard as Early Access accounts and get the corresponding information.

To submit your request now, ask your LivePerson account CSM to put your name on the Google RCS New Onboarding request sheet. Once the program is available for Early Access, we will contact you to get things started.
