For 4+ years, Marco was an innovation executive & Senior Leadership Team member at Conversational AI platform LivePerson (Nasdaq: LPSN), FastCompany’s most innovative AI company in the world for 2020 & 2021. He was brought in by the founder/CEO to increase deal size and desilo the Go to Market. Within 4 years, average revenue per customer increased 138% to $680k. Marco was instrumental building the Conversational AI Transformation Model, winning 8 figure deals, speaking at events around the world, and turning around underperforming teams from Sales Enablement and Recruiting to Business Value Services and Product Marketing. He also won the company's big idea award and bootstrapped a GDPR compliant conversational AI recruiting platform used in 4 countries. Prior, Marco led a Digital Product Innovation (DPI) and Design Strategy team at SapientNitro while also working as the Growth Strategist for the NA CEO facilitating portfolio planning and M&A sessions. He co-founded the DPI capability balancing winning business, delivering the work, and training delivery teams while growing revenue to 20MM+ in 2 years. He authored “The Art of the Workshop” and spent his first two years dedicated to the healthcare sector as the first Health Innovation Lead spanning public, private, and non-profit clients. Before entering the private sector, Marco was a social entrepreneur working in International Development focused on innovation, public health, and leadership. His work in Nicaragua, India, Thailand, and Rwanda led to a US speaking tour and keynote at the United Nations. Marco is the founder of Accelero Advisory which provides workshop and meeting facilitation services for strategic planning, executive offsites, QBRs, and product strategy. He holds a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and designed his own major at Fairfield University.
