As the Principal Software Development Engineer Lead at LivePerson, Jesse led the design and development of the new KnowledgeAI Content Ingestion and Question Answering to enable brands to add conversational intelligence by leveraging their existing content from websites, documents and APIs (CMS, databases etc.). Together with Smart Ingestion, AiSearch, and Question-Answering this enables near state-of-the-art semantic search and question-answering for both consumer chats and agent assistance.
