His basic charter is to drive product innovation in Dialog Systems, Natural Language Understanding, Conversation Quality, etc. Sometimes we work as an enablement function for other teams, and sometimes we build and manage our own products. As a B2B company, LivePerson is not necessarily a household name, but we work with many of the world's largest brands, which means we work at scale. Conversational AI built on our platform is used in hundreds of millions of conversations annually and reaches many millions of people all over the world.
