Geoff has over 15 years of experience in B2C and B2B companies, taking products from concept to delivery and using continuous experimentation to improve KPIs. Over his career in product management, he's led product, agile development, community, and data science/machine learning teams to success, focusing mainly on machine learning and natural language processing. While a Principal Product Manager at LivePerson, Geoff doubled entity recognition F1 from 42% to 89% by leading the data science effort to create a BERT-based model for natural language understanding (NLU). He also helped define a next-gen conversational routing system to give brands simpler, more powerful control over the conversational flow. He is currently Product Manager at Arch.
