Dalia is a senior taxonomist, ontologist and information architect who works on classifying information either in a conversation or across multiple sources, documents, or media. When she organizes information, she helps get the computer to understand what you mean. Currently at Citi, Dalia was previously a Senior Taxonomist at LivePerson, creating, analyzing and defining taxonomies of intents for conversational AI clients.
