Courtney is a Machine Learning Data Scientist working to unlock the potential of conversational AI. Currently a Senior Data Scientist on the Voice AI team at LivePerson, she delivers products and cutting-edge research with a global team of scientists, Product Managers, and engineers. Courtney earned a PhD from the University of Washington and prior to that spent 4 years building and optimizing user experiences for Microsoft’s Cortana and traveling through China.
