The ideal partner organization should have:

  • Focused consulting offering and SME on eCommerce, digital customer experience and/or brand engagement 
  • Dedicated Sales/Business Development resources for the partner offering 

Program Requirements:

  • Within 90 days train at least 1 sales and 1 technical resource on LivePerson 
  • Joint Business Plan creation 
  • Appointed Alliance Manager to ensure mutual success 
  • Appointed Executive Sponsor 
  • Include LivePerson in Reference Architecture, GTM Plan or Product Blue Print as appropriate 
  • Include LivePerson in COE, Innovation or Demo Center 
  • Commitment to Pipeline Reviews, PR and Satisfactory Customer References
